Refund policy
We carefully inspect and check each order before sending them to you, if for any reason your order is defective or damaged. Please contact us immediately at hello@homeofnora.co.za. To be eligible for a return or replacement all products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and returned in original packaging. Items sent without a request will not be accepted. For more information see our returns policy.
Returns & Refunds
If you product is eligible for a return, change of mind returns are issued store credit unless faulty.
- you are responsible for the cost of the return
- it is also your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our premises as we cannot be responsible until they reach us
- we recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your return arrives to us safely.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind. If your order has not been shipped yet please contact us at hello@homeofnora.co.za. for a request if you would like to cancel or change your order within 24 hours.
Not all orders are guaranteed for any changes, once orders are shipped, you are unable to make any changes and cancellations to your order. Home of Nora does not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at hello@homeofnora.co.za if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue. Please include your name, order number and ensure to attach photos and/or videos of the defective, damaged or incorrect items so that we can issue an exchange or refund. If you have received a damaged item, you are eligible for a replacement.
